Provide participants with an understanding of the impact Diversity and Inclusion has on them both personally and professionally and on their organizations.  Participants are taken through an analysis of their personal cultural filters and explore how this effects the organizational culture.  This provides participants with an understanding of how organizational culture creates a supportive or non-supportive environment around Diversity and Inclusion.  The necessity for all organizations to address this important matter will be outlined and discussed.
