Casey Kramer completed his third season as Chicago's assistant strength and conditioning coach in 2020. Kramer has 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach, including 12 at the collegiate level.

Kramer joined the Bears in 2018 after spending the previous four years with Tennessee Tech as their director of athletic performance. In that role, he oversaw the entire strength and conditioning program as well as the TTU Athletic Performance Center.

Prior to joining Tennessee Tech, Kramer spent three years as the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Washington State (2012-14), where his emphasis was with the Cougar football program. He also spent three years as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Boston College (2008-10), where he worked closely with the football program.

Kramer got his start as a graduate assistant strength coach at Auburn (2006-08) where he worked with football, softball, women's basketball, baseball, women's soccer, and women's gymnastics.

His first position in the field was as a student intern strength and conditioning coach at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where he received his bachelor's degree in 2005 in Health and Physical Education.

He spent one season as the head strength and conditioning coach at Fort Scott (Kansas) Community College, where he also served as tight ends coach for the football team.

Between stints at Washington State and Boston College, Kramer served as a military tactical strength and conditioning specialist for the U.S. Army 10th Special Forces Group at Fort Carson, Colo., a civilian position that developed strength and condition training programs for elite Special Forces Soldiers.

Kramer is a member of the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the Association of Tactical Strength and Conditioning Instructors. He is Strength and Condition Coach Certified, and also certified in First Aid and CPR, and Modern Army Combatives (MAC-P) Level 1.
