Training Description:  Enhancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Through Athletics (Building an Inclusive Environment)

Provide participants with an understanding of the impact Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has on them both personally and professionally and on their organizations. Participants are taken through an analysis of their cultural filters and explore how this affects the organizational culture. This education provides participants with an understanding of how organizational culture creates a supportive or non-supportive environment around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The necessity for all organizations to address this critical matter will be outlined and discussed.
