Ryan Kaiser starts his 20th year in college athletics leadership while working as a Director of Athletics for the last 8 years.
Since arriving at College of DuPage in suburban Chicago two years ago, Kaiser has been instrumental in the rebirth of the NJCAA Division III Chaparral 17-team athletic program. In 2021 alone, the Chaparrals won the inaugural NJCAA Division III football national championship, swept the outdoor men’s and women’s track and field national championships, finished sixth in softball and fourth in men’s golf. The Chaparrals were honored with the 2020-21 NJCAA Division III Daktronics Cup Championship, recognizing the very best non-scholarship athletic department in the country.
Under Kaiser’s tutelage, 47 student-athletes have achieved 101 All-American honors.
Kaiser earned a bachelor's of science degree in business administration from Oregon State in 2002 and a master's of education from Defiance College in 2004. He is nearing completion of his doctoral program from Northcentral University with an emphasis in sport management and leadership.
Ryan and his wife Corie are the parents of twin sons Carson and Caden.
