Scott Lewis is a Managing Partner at TNG Consulting and a co-founder of the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA). Scott has provided his expertise to over 3,000 institutions and has authored or revised the conduct codes of over 400 colleges and universities. He has trained thousands of athletes, coaches, and administrators at every level on topics such as sexual misconduct, suicide and homicide prevention, hazing, disability law, discrimination, and prevention and response to dangerous and disruptive behaviors.

Scott has worked with the Department of Justice’s Office of Violence Against Women and the Department of Education’s Offices of Civil Rights as a trainer and consultant, training staff and investigators. He was a consultant to the Office of the Vice President and the White House Task Force on issues of sexual misconduct, as well as a core member of the United States Olympic Committee’s Task Force that proposed and created the United States Center for SafeSport, both of which he consults with and trains.

He regularly keynotes conferences, publishes articles and books, and serves as an expert witness. He has been interviewed by Time, NPR, NBC, ESPN, ESPN The Magazine, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Education, and USA Today.

Scott received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston, his Master’s in Higher Education Administration, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
