As we look to the end (hopefully?) of COVID -19 and the resulting restrictions, students, faculty and staff will all be basking in the new luxury of human interaction. 

In a town hall format, Scott & Leah will answer your questions regarding social justice protests/expression and the First Amendment, managing results of COVID program contractions and expansion, 2020 changes in Title IX regulations and the effect on those of the new administration, and methods to address these concerns.  

The presenters are the leaders not only in athletics but in higher education for these and other risk management and legal issues. They serve as consultants to the Biden administration and the Office of Civil Rights on Title IX and mental health issues, have collectively supported thousands of student athletics, athletics programs and staff navigate regulatory and procedural activities.
