Leah Reynolds is an Associate at TNG Consulting and an experienced administrator with over 11 years of service in the higher education industry. Having worked in a variety of areas within several colleges and universities, Leah has developed an expertise in Title IX, DEI, and Affirmative Action. Her leadership, coordination and strategic direction has been recognized nationally by Insight into Diversity and by Former President Barack Obama’s Administration.

Leah is an exceptional communicator, skilled at collaborating and influencing stakeholders internal and external to an organization. She has the keen ability of assessing an organization’s culture and effectively re-energizing teams to be more productive and engaged.

Leah received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University, her Master’s in College Student Affairs, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications both from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL.
