About The Training:  Acceptance: Cultivating an Inclusive Culture is a 6 hour, fully EDI immersive training that highlights the struggles of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) while emphasizing the importance within workplace environments. This training is derived from an EDI framework developed by Kevin B. Thomas, “The C.E.P Model of Acceptance”. The framework used focuses on communication, education, practice, and practice of strategies to help organizations create equal opportunity environments where diverse sets of individuals are empowered to excel.

With this training you will:

• Gain a better understanding of EDI
• Enhance cultural competence
• Learn the importance of communication, education, and practice and how it fosters building an inclusive work environment
• Enhance skills and develop strategies that cultivate acceptance within the workplace
